This half-term discover the amazing history of the ancient Roman city of Pompeii, which still exists today as a ruin.

Hear the story of how Pompeii was destroyed when the volcano Mount Vesuvius erupted and how many 100s of years later the young Sir John Soane visited the ancient site as part of his Grand Tour adventures in Europe. You will get to build mini-models of the city and bake your own Roman loaves in this activity packed workshop. 

Please note we expect children to be able to attend this course independently and they must be of the stated age to participate.
