Join architecture educators Matt+Fiona for a one-day workshop exploring architectural design inspired by this year's Soane Medallists.

A one-day workshop exploring architectural design and sustainable retrofit of an existing building, in the spirit of this year's Soane Medallists Lacaton & Vassal. The day will be led by youth architecture educators Matt + Fiona and involve a tour of the museum, an outdoor site visit and a design and model making workshop.

About the event

This workshop is for children and young people aged 11 to 14 years old. Participants will be expected to attend on their own and should bring a packed lunch and a healthy snack. Please do not bring anything that contains nuts.

Architectural Drawing Course

Full course: £60

Run by an award-winning architect, this course offers 15- to 18-year-olds a chance to develop a portfolio of drawings in preparation for future study at art or architecture school. The group visits a variety of buildings across London over the course of six sessions, where they receive group and one-to-one tutoring to develop their drawing skills.
