Explore Sir John Soane's Museum, atmospherically lit after hours, and view our major exhibition Hogarth: Place and Progress.
The Museum is at its most awe-inspiring after dark, its vast, eclectic collections lit spectacularly by spotlights and candles. Join us on this special evening opening to explore the idiosyncratic spaces and collections after normal opening hours.
This evening also offers an opportunity to view our exhibition Hogarth: Place and Progress, which unites the Soane's famed collection of Hogarth series with the rest of his printed and engraved series. Displayed throughout the idiosyncratic spaces of Sir John Soane’s Museum, the exhibition will demonstrate how Hogarth’s ‘Modern Moral Subjects’ married the idea of progress with the moral geography of London.
Tours will be led by one of our expert members of staff, and your ticket includes a Sipsmith Gin & Tonic.
Tickets are available for arrival at either 18:00, 18.30, 19.00, 19.30 or 20:00 and each slot lasts around an hour.
