A chance to explore the candlelit spaces of Sir John Soane's Museum after dark.
Sir John Soane's Museum is at its most atmospheric after dark, lit by candles and dramatic spotlighting. Explore the iconic Dome Area and Picture Room, delve into the basement crypts, and explore our 5-star exhibition Hogarth: Place and Progress.
Your ticket to this unforgettable evening includes an introductory talk in the Library-Dining Room, after which you can explore the Museum at your leisure. Our expert members of staff will also be giving spotlight talks throughout the evening about their favourite works from Soane's vast collection, and the exhibition.
The evening also offers the rare opportunity to take photographs of this unique Museum.
Each experience lasts approximately one hour and there are entry slots at 18.00, 18.30, 19.00, 19.30 and 20.00.
We hold a different Soane Late event every month, allowing visitors new ways to experience one of London's most extraordinary Museums. See our full lineup of Lates here >
