Sir John Soane was greatly inspired by classical ruins and collected cork models of his favourite sites, including Pompeii. In response to these extraordinary objects, families can join our drop-in crafting session to make their own cork models of ancient temples, both real and imagined!
This workshop is free to attend, and tickets are available to book in advance but you can also simply drop-in on the day as part of your visit to the museum. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Activities are aimed at children aged 4+yrs but younger siblings are very welcome.
Book your place in advance here, via Eventbrite.
This drop-in workshop will be taking place outside, amongst the beautiful greenery of Lincoln's Inn Fields opposite the Museum. You will find us in the area of the Fields closest to the Soane.
