Remembering the Regency-Era tradition of decorating hard-boiled eggs for Easter we will take inspiration from a beautiful 18th Century drawing for an ornate neo-classical ceiling design currently on display in our exhibition Hidden Masterpieces.
Families can paint their own colourful pattern designs onto craft eggs to take home. This workshop is available to book in advance or just drop-in to as part of your visit to the museum. Children must be accompanied by an adult and the activities are suitable for children 4+yrs but younger siblings are welcome.
