Come for a tour of the Museum and to make drawings of the grotesques in Soane’s Monk’s Parlour, then use these to model a scary face out of clay. You can even make it into a real gargoyle by turning its mouth into a fountain using plastic tubing.
We have a morning session from 10.30 to Noon and an afternoon session from 13.00 to 14.30, so you can pick the time of day most suited to you.
The session will be run by a professional artist and museum educator. Children can be dropped off at our workshops and collected when the sessions end. However, if adults would like to come along and get involved, too, they are welcome to book themselves a ticket.
