This clever slim shopping/notepad is magnetized so can be stuck to the fridge enabling you to always know where to find it. It features a cover illustration of an etching by Louis Schiavonetti after a watercolour by William Blake and taken from the frontispiece to The Grave, a poem by Scottish poet and minister Robert Blair. It was one of only three poems written by him. It was reprinted 49 times until 1798 and continued to be popular well into the 19th century.

This hardback notebook contains sheets of plain paper and features a cover of an exquisite etching by Giovanni Piranesi depicting an imaginary view of the Ancient Circus of Mars (Circus Martius) in Rome. It is depicted in great detail with neighbouring monuments as viewed at the Via Appia and was the Frontispiece to Vol. III of Le Antichità Romane published in 1756. Dimensions: 21.5x15cm
