Note:

  • SLIDES 35 mm transparencies - First slide on any order £20.00 Subsequent slides per item £5.00
  • An Express Service is available at 100% extra charge. In addition, all prices are subject to a 10% Museum facility fee. VAT is payable on all orders for the United Kingdom
  • Postage and packing are extra. There is a minimum charge of £15, excluding VAT and postage. All foreign orders must be paid in advance by £ Sterling cheque payable at a British bank. UK goods will be despatched with invoice. Payment must be made by return.
  • Special technical requirements e.g. double page spreads, photography to scale or details taken from a whole negative, must be discussed with the photographer. An additional charge of £10 per item will be made for difficult or complicated fine art originals and early works etc (if considered necessary).
  • Quotations will be given for daily rates and location photography.
  • For copyright reasons all negatives and ektachromes are retained by the Museum, although they must be paid for by the customer when a new one is required.

Transparency Hire

5" x 4" colour transparencies can be hired from the Museum on the following terms:

  • Hire period of four months
  • Hire fee payable before release of transparency
  • EEC countries exempt from VAT only on quotation of their VAT number

    Charges
    Existing transparencies : £30 plus VAT
    New transparencies : £50 plus VAT


Reproduction Fees
Payable at any time before publication. All fees exclusive of VAT

Inside books, magazines and newspapers

  • Single country, colour : £25
  • Single country, black and white : £15
  • World, colour : £35
  • World, black and white : £20

Cover of books, magazines and newspapers (runs up to 10,000)

  • Single country, colour : £100
  • Single country, black and white : £60
  • World, colour : £200
  • World, black and white : £120
  • Runs over 10,000 plus 50%
  • Back cover only 50%
