Sir John Soane — The Forgetful Man

Chapter 1
Needs to write north, south,
east west on the walls to know which way the rooms are facing.
Needs to write left/right on shoes and on his clothes.
Needs a map to know where his house is.
Sir John Soane is the first to know when it rains because he is tall and thin.
He forgets where the dining
room is and
How to cook when he's getting hungry.
He forgets where his map is and
Goes out to a restaurant.
He forgets his way home.
It starts raining and, as night falls, a man comes and says "Why are you not at home, John?"
"I forgot my way home."
The man says "I will take you home on one condition. You let me stay with you."
"Yes."
They share the house and get dinner.
Chapter 2
Sir John started to remember stuff.
He told the man who shared the house where the money is as he soon might forget again.
He soon forgot to pay the bills.
The man took the money and
the police came and said
"Where is the money for the house, John?"
"I think the man took
the money."
The police found the man — and the money. The man said "Sorry, John."
John said "This is less than I had."
The police said "We took the money for the house."
John said "When I die
I want my house to be donated to the country."
